Documents required for Registration and Admission


  • Photocopy of Movement order of the guardian and his joining the Unit.
  • Certificate from the Unit where serving as per format given on the reverse of the registration form. This certificate should be signed by OC (in case of Independent Coy), CO or Director at the Directorate level, Registrar in Base / Army Hospital. ( Certificate signed by other authorities will not be entertained )
  • Photocopy of report card of the last class attended. If the child has completed his Half Yearly Examination, the report card of the current academic session should be attached.
  • Two passport size photographs.


  • Class I: Birth Certificate obtained from competent authority (Original and photocopy).
  • Class II to XII: Transfer Certificate duly counter-signed by the District Education Officer (except in cases of students of Army Public Schools).
  • Details of Attendance duly attested by the Principal of the previous school, in case of students of Class X to XII joining mid-session.
  • Mark sheet as prescribed by the CBSE.

Sequence of Action for Admission

1. Collect Registration form with a Registration fee of Rs 100/- at the Reception Counter in the Administrative Block. Parents to deposit Registration Form along with relevant documents at the Reception. 

2. Completion of admission formalities. Birth Certificate/TC of the student to be submitted at the Reception Counter. Original TC will remain attached with the admission form. Parents to obtain admission form from Reception Counter for submission to the Office Supdt/UDC. Deposit the admission fees as per the category by POS on the Reception Counter by Debit/Credit Card. No Cash is accepted. After Payment Fee Receipt of the student alongwith the admission form to be handed over to the admission clerk to get the admit card. Parents to take the child to the Headmistress Primary Wing (in case of Classes I to V and Vice Principal in case of Classes VI to XII) with the admit card for admission test. 

3. Result of admission test will be announced within two days. The admission of successful candidates will be taken thereafter. 

4. Collect the admission form with an admission fee of Rs 120/- from the Reception Counter. Attach the relevant documents TC (Last Class passed), Result/Marksheet, Photo copy of Dependent Card, Movement Order, 2 x passport size photograph. The application fom completed in all respect will be deposited at the Reception Counter.
